Controls

To command your character, you can use keyboard or mouse.

tab / right click / 0 numpad - "auto play": automatically attack a targeted enemy, step towards the closest enemy in range, pick up the closest item, go to the exit, walk through the exit

alt - change target in attack range

enter - start game, enter new land, walk through exit, confirm death (useful if you want to walk through exit before killing all enemies)

1, 2 and 3 - recite first, second and third prayers, if they are available (they need to be unlocking by reaching a certain level of Glory and to have charges)

"Numpad" movement: step in a direction, perform an initial attack against an adjacent enemy in a direction

space / s / numpad 5 / middle mouse - stand still (this isn't the same as "skipping your turn" - a turn is a fixed unit of time in Path of Achra, and standing still takes up an amount of time determined by your Speed, same as stepping, attacking and praying)
